Paper presentation guidelines

Faculty paper presentations:

Only original research papers will be accepted.
Stay within the themes of each session (4 sessions total). Presentation time: 12 + 3 minutes for Q&A.
Be ready at least 30 minutes before your slot (confirm availability through WhatsApp before presenting).
Submit an abstract – the guidelines for which are attached.

Student paper presentations:

Provide permission letter as PDF.
Only original research papers will be accepted.
Stay within the themes of each session (4 sessions total). Presentation time is 8 + 2 minutes for Q&A
Be ready at least 30 minutes before your slot (confirm availability through WhatsApp before presenting).
Submit an abstract the guidelines for which are attached.

Guidelines for abstract:

The abstract should be around 300 to 400 words. Use the provided Microsoft Word template.
Give a list of keywords related to the subject matter at the end.
No references, tables, or graphs should be included in the abstract.
Authors submitting more than one abstract should submit each abstract separately.
The corresponding author/presenter will receive all correspondence regarding the submission and is responsible for informing the other authors of the submission status.
Please submit the abstract to admin@longevityasia.org by 05th September 2024. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Guidelines for PowerPoint presentation:

Guidelines for full paper submission:

Word count should be 4000 to 6000 words with a structured format including Abstract,
Keywords, Background, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussion & Conclusion.
Tables and figures should be cited in the text in consecutive numerical order.
Use the provided MS Word template.
Follow the formatting given in the template.
